About Chad Harvey & Climb Corps LLC

Climb Corps LLC was founded by Chad Harvey — an ISA Certified Arborist (FL-306712A), TRAQ-Qualified Tree Risk Assessor, and Prescription Pruning (PPQ) professional. Chad is a former Marine and a second-generation arborist with over 25 years of field experience in Florida's canopy.

Climb Corps specializes in independent tree risk assessments, tree appraisal and valuation, root mitigation plans, and defensible arborist documentation for homeowners, HOAs, attorneys, insurance carriers, developers, and municipalities throughout Central Florida.

Our practice is intentionally separate from production tree work. That independence is the point: when an insurance adjuster, attorney, HOA, or property owner needs an honest evaluation, they get an opinion based on what's actually there — not on what someone hopes to sell next.

Every assessment is on-site, every recommendation is grounded in ISA standards and TRAQ methodology, and every report is written to hold up to professional review.
